We cannot accept ads created in Microsoft Publisher.
We discourage sending ads created in Microsoft Word.
Recommended Email Format:
Camera ready ad should be sent as a PDF.
If unable to send as a PDF send ad created in
one of the programs listed above w/all art & fonts included
WHEN SENDING A PHOTOSHOP FILE:
Save as a JPEG or TIFF
IF YOU ARE SUBMITTING A QuarkXPress FILE ON DISK:
We accept ads on CD. Collect for output.
Please include all art and fonts. (postscript fonts only)
HARDCOPY ADS: Strongly discouraged
But if you must please submit a high laser print, printed at 85 lpi
