HOLYOKE – Elder law and estate planning radio show podcasts by Attorney Karen G. Jackson, of Jackson & Torrone, P.C., are now available free of charge on iTunes, through her firm's website and on the local radio stations that carry her "Will Power" program.|
The show covers such topics as the purpose and importance of each estate planning document, how to title assets, MassHealth planning, challenges caused by dementia and how to pay for home care and the nursing home.
In the first half of each episode, Jackson provides her "Tips of the Day" from her perspective as an elder law and estate planning attorney. In the show's second half, Jackson and a guest speaker discuss issues of interest to the listening audience.
