Since his first job after high school with Balise Chevrolet, Jackson has accumulated 48 years of expertise in auto repair and in August 1994, he decided to go into business for himself.|
Jackson's Auto Service, located at 1307 Park St., repairs foreign and domestic cars, light duty trucks and vans along with fleet accounts. Jackson is proud of his ability to provide same day service for most auto repairs. Twenty-two service bays help to keep vehicles efficiently moving in and out. His 10 technicians are all Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certified and continue training to provide the most up to date auto repair.
Jackson's is a NAPA and AC Delco Care Center and carries the NAPA 12-month or 12,000 mile warranty on all service and parts. He received a 95 percent satisfaction ratio in a recent AAA customer survey. Jackson's is a member in good standing of the Better Business Bureau.
At Jackson's, customers become friends and they are treated as such. Good quality auto repair along with friendly, accommodating customer service keeps customers coming back. Picking up and delivering customers throughout most of Western Massachusetts and northern Connecticut, free 24/7 towing within a 15-mile radius to Jackson's for repair, every fourth oil change free and a 15 percent discount for seniors are mainstays at Jackson's.
Keeping his customers' pocketbooks in mind, Jackson's offers weekly money saving coupons on many common auto maintenance and repairs and corporate discounts for company employees. For customer convenience and comfort the waiting room at Jackson's is equipped with television, Internet hook-up and free coffee and no appointment is necessary.
Jackson's also offers select, certified used cars that are sold with a warranty that covers all labor and parts along with free oil changes for life. Customers can also order specific brand and model.
