She began her new tenure with Skoler, Abbott & Presser, P.C., on Jan. 4.
"I've missed working with the team at Skoler Abbott & Presser, P.C., and am glad to be rejoining the firm," Klimczuk said. "The attorneys at Skoler Abbott are among the best management-side labor and employment attorneys in the region, and it's nice to be back."

"Kimberly has extensive experience in employment-related matters, including matters involving unlawful discrimination, labor relations, retaliation, wage/hour violations, Family and Medical Leave Act violations, breach of contract, infliction of emotional distress," said attorney Ralph Abbott, managing partner with Skoler, Abbott & Presser, P.C. "Kimberly is a gifted attorney and we are delighted to have her back."
