Brothers Michael and Mark Sobon are opening the newest Let's YO! location in East Longmeadow. Michael has a history of entrepreneurship and is the founder of Pudsters, a family-friendly burger and ice cream joint. Mark has established a long career with Massachusetts' O'Connell's Convenience Plus. The pair will make their Let's YO! location a stand-out with a homemade waffle cone maker so every customer can enjoy a freshly made waffle cone with their favorite frozen treat.
