Raczkowski joined W.F. Young in 1992 and has worked in many areas of the company, including finance, operations, sales and marketing. Prior to coming to W.F. Young Inc., he was with GTE, Gillette, Morse Shoe Inc. and Allied Printing Company.

A resident of East Longmeadow with his wife, Toni, Raczkowski has two children, Layne and Adam. Raczkowski is a member of the Board of Directors and serves on the Executive Committee of the Consumer Healthcare Products Association, a national trade organization representing manufacturers and distributors of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements. In Western Massachusetts, he is on the board of the Springfield Homeless Employment and Training Committee and is the treasurer of the East Longmeadow Educational Endowment Fund. He has also volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, working hands-on at local building sites.
