Active Lifestyle Fitness to hold benefit for MS
AGAWAM – Active Lifestyle Fitness, LLC is holding an Indoor Cycle Benefit for the National Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Society in conjunction with Salon 322. In addition, they will host a health fair. Both events take place concurrently on April 13 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Active Lifestyle Fitness, 168 Elm St.
Many services will be offered during the Health Fair including chair massage, spray tanning, body fat measurements, a recipe swap, kinesiotaping, foam roller demonstration and more. Everyone is welcome to attend. Donations for services accepted to benefit the MS Society.
“Hosting a Health Fair allows me and my team to share the importance of living well,” Ashley Brodeur, owner of Active Lifestyle Fitness, said. “We are ecstatic to tie in with Salon 322 and raise money for multiple sclerosis. According to the MS Society more than 2.3 million people are affected by MS worldwide. We are excited to do our small part to raise awareness and contributions for those suffering with this disease.”
