Country Estates accepting new patients |

AGAWAM Country Estates of Agawam announced they are now accepting patients in their new Pulmonary Rehabilitation Recovery Program.
The program, offered in a designated unit of the facility, designed to treat residents with cardiopulmonary disease including congestive heart failure, emphysema, lung cancer, asthma and certain sleep disorders.
Steven Bouffard, Licensed Respiratory Therapist, is heading a team of pulmonologists, respiratory therapists, registered and licensed nurses, social workers, certified nursing assistants, speech therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy and registered dietitians to ensure a full continuum of care for residents.
Individualized care plans are created to address each resident's needs and to help them reach their highest level of functioning.
Country Estates of Agawam, 1200 Suffield St., provides a broad range of services for those in need of long-term care and short-term rehabilitation.
