JCC invites public to open house week

GREATER SPRINGFIELD The Springfield JCC Health & Fitness Center invites singles, couples, families and seniors to view their facilities during an open house week, Nov. 8 -15. Everyone is welcome to stop between the hours of a.m. and p.m., Mon.-Thur., or 9. a.m. and 5 p.m. Fri. through Sun. Located inside the Springfield JCC, 1160 Dickinson Street,he JCC Health & Fitness Center welcomes everyone to enjoy its facilities, group fitness classes (including Zumba!), water aerobics classes, fitness studio, Olympic-size swimming pool and more. Members can also enjoy full-service locker rooms, each with whirlpool, steam room and sauna. Manicures, pedicures and massages are also offered by appointment.

Children can participate in swim lessons and other athletic sports at the JCC Health & Fitness Center. Childcare and after school programs are available year-round. There are also social opportunities for all adults and senior adults at the Springfield JCC.

Special monthly rates are available for new members, and there is no initiation fee for those who join.
