Knights of Columbus hosts recognition dinner for Haiti volunteers

WILBRAHAM The Knights of Columbus Council 10195, St. Cecilia Parish, is pleased to host a recognition and fundraising dinner for the Haiti earthquake relief effort. The dinner will take place June 11 at 6:30 p.m. at St. Cecilia Parish. Being honored are members of the St. Cecilia Parish who volunteered their time, talents and resources to help meet the medical spiritual and social needs of the Haitian people.
The honorees include Dr. Peter J. and Linda Kelly; Timothy, Anise and Kate Trainer; John and Sandy Gilbertie; Kathy and Katie Fuss; Dr. Kevin Moriarty; Carol McMinn; Susan Manseau; Barbara Kirby; Tim Murphy; Edward Stevenson; Barbara Foley; Sister Mary McCue; Melanie Dubois; Justine Stokowski; and Dr. Stephen Kelly.
All the volunteers served for one week or more at H pital Sacr Coeur in Milot, Haiti. This hospital, one of the top tertiary care centers in Haiti, is run by the CRUDEM Foundation of Ludlow.
The five-star dinner menu features baked scrod with crabmeat stuffing and a roast beef carving station, along with all the accompaniments. Please call Zig Pabich at 596-2161 for tickets. Tickets are $25 for adults, $10 for children ages 12 and under. Tickets may also be purchased after all St. Cecilia Masses.
