EAST LONGMEADOW — On May 11, Fazio's in East Longmeadow hosted "Take a Bite Out of Kidney Disease," raising $175 for Alex Maserati, an 11-year-old suffering from kidney disease. Ten percent of the evening's proceeds were donated to Alex's Army and the National Kidney Foundation.
