GREATER SPRINGFIELD -- Volunteers are needed for the eighteenth annual Alzheimer's Association Pioneer Valley Memory Walk, which will take place on Sept. 11.

The walk begins and ends at Holyoke Community College in Holyoke.

Help is needed now with the pre-walk preparations, hanging posters or distributing flyers.

Monies raised by the Memory Walk helps to provide care and support for individuals and families touched by Alzheimer's and to fund Alzheimer's research.

Volunteer and make a difference. For more information about the Pioneer Valley Memory Walk, visit www.memorywalkMA.org and click on "Volunteer Registration."
