PIONEER VALLEY STAMP CLUB
The Pioneer Valley Stamp Club will meet on Jan. 12 and 26 at the First United Church of Christ on Route 5 in Longmeadow. Activities for the evening include a mini-auction and a short meeting. HAMPDEN
"LATE NITE CATECHISM"
The Hampden Senior Center will travel to Torrington, Conn., March 4 to see the comedy "Late Nite Catechism." The bus will leave the Hampden Senior Center, 104 Allen St., at 10 a.m., for the Black Rock Tavern for lunch, then to the Nancy Marine Studio Theatre for the matinee performance. Cost is $77 and includes transportation, lunch, the show and driver's tip. Bus seating assigned as full payments are received; payment deadline is Jan 29. Call Bobbi at 566-8271 to sign up.

AUDIT COMMITTEE MEETING
The Audit Committee will host two meetings this month: Jan. 7 at 7 p.m. in the Fire Dept. Meeting Room and Jan. 28 at 7 p.m. in the Fire Dept. Meeting Room.

MORNING RETIREMENT PARTY
Join us at the Adult Center, 231 Maple Rd., on Jan. 11 from 10 a.m. - noon for a morning coffee to wish Denise Perlaky and Eunice Kavanagh the very best in their retirement. Both will be missed by all who attended the Adult Center. Call 565-4150 with any questions.

SPECIAL MEALS AT ADULT CENTER
The Adult Center, which serves nutritious lunches every day, is offering three special meals in January. On Jan. 4 there will be a New Year Brunch Buffet at 11:30 a.m. Bacon and eggs, fresh fruit and other goodies will be served. A new series of international lunches will begin Jan. 21. The chef has chosen Scotland as the inspiration for a lunch of potato & leek soup, roast beef & gravy, tatties, neeps and trifle. For the monthly Birthday Bash on Jan. 28, Yankee pot roast, mashed potatoes, peas and birthday cake will be served. People with birthdays in January have a free lunch. Reservations required at least 24 hours in advance and cost $3. Call 565-5140 to reserve a place.

ITALIAN LANGUAGE CLASSES
The Italian Culture Center, 56 Margaret St., will offer Italian language classes for eight weeks beginning Jan. 26. Beginner and Intermediate classes will be on Tuesdays from 6 to 8 p.m. Cost: $95 for those without the textook; and $85 for those with the textbook. Call to register or for information at 784-1492.
