Longtime reference librarian to retire

CHICOPEE — Reference Librarian George Swistak was honored by his colleagues at the Chicopee Public Library during a party on March 11. Swistak is retiring after 26 years of service at the library. He said he plans "for a while to take it easy," but expects to do some volunteer work.
