Chicopee Superintendent of Schools Richard Rege and Mayor Michael Bissonnette served hot dogs at the summer kickoff event for the Free Lunch in the Parks program on June 30 at Sarah Jane Sherman Park in Chicopee. The mayor joked "This is my campaign poster for next year; Send in the clowns."
