HOLYOKE — Work continues on the two biggest capital projects in the city. Left, above, this photo of the new Senior Center by James Manning shows that work is proceeding well. Council on Aging Executive Director Kathy Bowler said the project is on time. Right, above, demolition work continues on the library building. The front façade is being preserved and the new construction will be at the rear.
