SPRINGFIELD -- State Rep. Cheryl Coakley-Rivera and Springfield Mayor Domenic J. Sarno collaborate on the ribbon cutting to officially open the Bing Arts Center at 716 Sumner Ave. while Brian F. Hale, president of the "X" Main Street Corporation, applauds.
The "X" Main Street Corporation, a 501 (c) 3 non-profit, owns and is developing the former Bing Theater as a community arts center to lead neighborhood revitalization efforts.
