Residents approve all articles at brief Town Meeting

HAMPDEN Hampden's Special Town Meeting was almost over before it began as residents glided through the 10 article warrant with ease.

On Oct. 27 at 7 p.m., residents gathered at Thornton W. Burgess Middle School to vote on articles dealing with Town House maintenance, security system wiring, the cemetery commission, an alarm for Thornton W. Burgess, the Community Preservation Commission, the Transfer Station Enterprise Fund, the stabilization account and the reserve fund.

All articles were recommended by the Advisory Committee.
