Suspicious of opposition

February 8, 2012
You have to look at the whole picture of alternative energy. Every time someone finds a way to use solar or wind power, opposition groups spring up like mushrooms on a foggy day.
Reasons given are:
  • The solar panels detract from the neighborhood.
  • The zoning was a back room deal.
  • The windmills are on Wampanoag’s sacred land.
  • The windmill does not look nice.
The bottom line is that these so-called citizens work to keep us on oil from the Middle East. I personally am very suspicious of them. All of these citizens drive cars and use electricity.
