I would like to thank the residents and business owners of East Longmeadow for their generous support during the town council election process. I have enjoyed meeting and talking with many of you and have learned a great deal about each of you and your favorite issues.

I have also had the pleasure of meeting, and in some instances working with, those individuals just voted in as our new town councilors. I know they will be working hard for the residents of our town and wish them well as they implement the new form of government.

Finally, I would like to thank Tom Florence and his staff, Carolyn Brennen from the Council on Aging, and Don Maki from ELCAT for their involvement with the election process. They made it easy to understand, enjoyable, and encouraged comradery among the candidates.
