|My name is Patti Frogameni and I live in East Longmeadow. I am a fourth grade paraprofessional at Mapleshade School. I am currently battling cervical cancer for the second time. The cancer had traveled to my right lung and my lymphnodes in my chest. |
There was a fundraiser held in my honor at the Elks Club on Tiffany Street in Springfield on Sept. 25. This event had an overwhelming response and I would like to extend my thanks to my loving family, my amazing friends, my extended family and my friends/family at Mapleshade School.
A thank you to those individuals and businesses who donated items to this event, and to those who have donated their time. I thank you for your generosity.
A great big hug of thanks goes out to the students at University of Hartford and their rugby team, which my son Nick is a part of. Your very generous and unselfish donation is greatly appreciated, as is the love and support you have shown Nick during this difficult time. We are extremely grateful.
The support and love of my husband Vinny, my sons Nick and VJ, my daughter/niece Jenn, and my family and friends is what keeps me fighting. I truly could not do this journey without the outpour of love, prayer, and support you have all shown me.
Hugs and kisses to you all.
We had lost my mother-in-law, Diane a few months back and I know she is sitting on my shoulder guiding me. She truly is my angel.
I love you Ma.
Thanks to all for such a special night. Lots of love.
