|I want to express sincere thanks to everyone on Ames Road in Hampden, and Beebe Road in Wilbraham for their relentless efforts and support after the tornado.|
The entire neighborhood pulled together to clear the road. and to help others who were in trouble. Neighbors that I hadn't met prior to the tornado came into my home to give me their help. Some of these people had their own tornado damage to take care of but made the neighborhood their priority.
These were selfless acts of kindness, with no mention of the costs that were being incurred while using their chain saws and heavy equipment day after day.
I couldn't be happier than I am living in such a wonderful neighborhood where everyone working together towards a common goal is a reality.
