Breathe

by Wally Amos

Someone asked Wally Amos years ago what he liked best about life. Without thinking, he replied, Breathing! If you're breathing, you have a good chance of putting everything else together. The following message from "Acts of Faith," by, Iyanla Vanzant sums it up for us. We hope you find it useful.

Inhale the future, exhale the past; inhale the good, exhale the goop!

Inhale. Exhale. Inhale. Exhale. What a wonderful gift of life. Inhale. Exhale. Inhale. Exhale.

The beginning and the end. Inhale peace, exhale confusion -- it is just that simple. Inhale faith, exhale worry -- that is all you have to do.

Inhale love, exhale anger -- feel the warmth flow through your being. Inhale strength, exhale fear -- now put your mind to rest.

Inhale silence, exhale chatter -- feel your body settle. Inhale freedom, exhale restriction -- let your mind follow the dream. Inhale victory, exhale defeat -- prepare yourself for the best. Inhale acceptance, exhale judgment -- feel yourself opening.

Inhale confidence, exhale doubt -- enjoy the rhythm of who you are. Inhale. Exhale. Inhale. Exhale. Breath is the gift of grace.

I accept the gift of breath as a gift of life.

Have a breathtaking day!

Sincerely,

Chris & Dan
