Walk In My Shoes

Walk In My Shoes

I was born just today
and my booties fit.
As I walk and begin to play
they are a tight fit.

Now I'm walking down the path
with a girl in my hand.
Now I sit and take a bath,
now together we do stand.

"My shoes are a little tight",
my son says to me.
"I'm in the service to fight -
to win in victory."

Now I hold an angel clear
closely on my knee.
I try to wipe away a tear
as I kiss you and hand you the key.

Now you were born in heaven above
with your booties on your feet.
I was born with lots of love
where souls and booties meet.
