Let Me Wander Through Your Garden

Let me wander through your garden for just a little while.

Perhaps, I'll sit and listen to the sound of peace not vile.

Let me wander through your garden, lean upon the fence,

taking in the beauty as I breathe life's pure essence.

Let me wander through your garden with its color vibrant

and see the beauty cast its spell upon the vicious tyrant.

Let me wander through your garden, walk the cobbled path

as it takes me through the gates away from troubled wrath.

Let me wander through your garden as day turns into night

bringing serenity and peace where only dreams see light.

Let me wander through your garden just once is all I need

to know the joy it brings from planting one good seed.
