Daddy's little girl

Pushing me on the swings day after day

Holding my hand and never letting me go afraid you would lose me

You watched me grow and become a better person and loved me like I was the only person on this world

You were my hero, my role model, my dad

But then you came and left like thin air

I watched you pack up your stuff and leave

I cried in your name wishing you would come back

I waited day and night for you

But you never came

You never cared

You left
