#25 Grant Potulny

Question - How does it feel to net four goals on Sunday February 24th at Worcester?

Potulny - It was a great feeling, when I came to Springfield, I wanted to help the team score, and we had not had an even strength goal in the first two games I was here. It was nice to have a break out game, and the others guys played great too. We had pucks just finding their way into the net.

Question - How does this four goal game compare to your last four goal performance?

Potulny - This one was a little sweeter, especially being with a new team. It was real nice

Question - Since this was only your third game with the Falcons, could you have asked for a better start?

Potulny - No, it would have been nice to produce the same amount of goals in the first two games that I did Sunday. There is a lot of hockey left, and one game does not change anything. It is the remainder of the season that needs to be consistent.

Question - What is it like transitioning to a different AHL team mid-season?

Potulny - It is tough on your family and your kids, but hockey is a business and they tell you where to play and when to play.

Question - What have you been doing in the few days since your four goal game?

Potulny - I have just packing up cribs and packing up my U-Haul, all the while trying to keep my wife sane and find a place to live here in Springfield.

Question - Have you found a place in Springfield yet?

Potulny - We have not yet, we are still in a hotel and we are looking hard.

Question - How has it been missing practice due to your move to Springfield?

Potulny - It was too bad that I was not able to practice and get the Falcons system down better. I'll be getting at it more and more as the season continues.

Question - How does it feel to e playing back to back games against Worcester?

Potulny - When you play a team twice in a row; you have to throw the first game out the window. You have to approach it like you are playing a different team. We are both going to play hard and hopefully at the end we have more goals than they do.
