GREATER SPRINGFIELD Save the date for a full evening of fun! The Gold Medal Gymnastics Booster Club at Daggett Gymnastics will host its first-ever “Triple Treat” Comedy Night fund-raiser on Nov. 12 at the Holyoke Hotel exit 15 off I-91, from 6 p.m. to midnight.
Proceeds from the evening will support the boys and girls competitive gymnastics teams at Daggett Gymnastics of Agawam.
For just $65 per person, ticket holders will be treated to a buffet-style dinner including chicken marsala, London broil, vegetable lasagna and an elegant dessert table, the comedy of Boston-based entertainer Frank Santorelli and dancing to the live music of the Savage Brothers Band. A cash bar cocktail hour including a cheese, cracker and fruit table will open the evening, serving as a showcase for a raffle and silent auction.
Raffle prizes include movie passes, restaurant and salon gift certificates and gift baskets. Silent auction items include a weekend in Vermont, a balance beam with mat, a sports equipment package from Dick’s Sporting Goods, and much more.
Santorelli, who appears with the “Godfathers of Comedy” tour, is best know for his recurring role as “Georgie the Bartender” on the HBO hit series “The Sopranos.”
