Falcons change schedule
SPRINGFIELD — The Springfield Falcons, proud members of the American Hockey League announced they have changed their game time on Jan. 16 from 3 p.m. to a new time of 2 p.m. The Falcons host the Portland Pirates on that afternoon at the MassMutual Center. The Falcons also announced their game originally scheduled for Dec. 27 at Manchester has been rescheduled for March 16 starting at 7 p.m. at the Verizon Wireless Arena.

The originally scheduled contest on Dec. 27 was postponed due to inclement weather.
