Falcons partner with W. Mass. Regional Library System

SPRINGFIELD The Springfield Falcons, proud members of the American Hockey League, announced recently a special partnership with the Western Massachusetts Regional Library System.

Fans attending the Falcons' home game on Jan. 24 will be encouraged to donate a new or lightly used children's hardcover book at the game and in return receive a voucher good for a buy one get one free ticket offer for either the Falcons' home game on Feb. 20 or 21 at the MassMutual Center.

The Falcons will be hosting the Providence Bruins on Jan. 24 with the game starting at 7 p.m. Boston Red Sox mascot "Wally the Green Monster" will be in attendance and fans interested in purchasing tickets to this game can do so through participating public libraries in Western Massachusetts at a discounted rate of $10 with a portion of the proceeds benefiting the Western Massachusetts Regional Library System.
