Send pictures of the happenings in your organization with a 40 to 50-word description of who, what, where, when and why the photo was taken.
SPECIAL EVENTS
Having a special event? Won an award recently? Get the word out, send a press release to Reminder Publications and we will let the community know.

WHEN IS THE DEADLINE?
The Reminder is published every Thursday. The Chicopee Herald, MetroWest Reminder and Springfield Reminder are published every Friday. Our news deadline is Monday at 9 a.m. for all editions. We suggest getting your happenings and photos in as soon as possible. Press releases should be sent one to two weeks in advance.
