It's free, It's fun, and it's full of laughs!
Ages: Mostly adults from 18 to 75 (with a few young adults in their late teens).
Robert starts each club session with mindful breathing, easy flowing movements, and a few fun vocal warm-ups. This leads to a series of playful, interactive, laugh inducing exercises (that can easily be adapted to fit your abilities, mood or energy level).
The group Laughter is joyfully simulated with full body laughter exercises, clapping, eye contact and youthful playfulness. The “simulated” laughter soon turns into real and contagious laughter that lifts our spirits, connects us, and carries over into our every day lives.
After the exercises we do a little laughter meditation and end with a few peaceful moments of guided relaxation.
Club "membership" is free, donations will be accepted for the space!
