“Not Just Pretty Flowers – Treasures of the Smith College Botanic Garden”

Explore the many facets of this “must see” destination for area gardeners with the Springfield Garden Club on Friday, April 11 when Michael Marcotrigiano, Smith College Botanic Garden Director and professor of biological sciences, reveals the fascinating origins and unexpected present day uses of this local treasure.

The meeting begins at 11:30 am at the Wilbraham United Church, 500 Main Street, Wilbraham, MA 01095 with a light luncheon tea followed by a brief
business meeting. The program begins around 12:30.

The meeting and luncheon are free and open to the public. Donations ($5 suggested) are gratefully accepted.
