|SPRINGFIELD Through the efforts of sales associates and employees of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage offices in Belchertown, Chicopee, East Longmeadow, Longmeadow, Sturbridge and Westfield, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares, the fundraising arm of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England, donated $25,000 to the Greater Springfield Habitat for Humanity. This is the fourth and final donation made to the organization to fulfill the western offices' pledge of $100,000.|
This $25,000 donation will support the Women Build program, bringing women of all walks of life together to build a home in partnership with a family in need. The Women Build program is also supported by many volunteers from the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage offices throughout Western Massachusetts. To date, 30 homes have been built for Greater Springfield families.
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares is a longtime supporter of Habitat for Humanity and has donated thousands of dollars to the organization. Over the course of the multi-year $100,000 pledge, funds supported numerous Habitat for Humanity programs, helping to provide affordable housing for local people and families throughout Western Massachusetts.

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares' primary purpose is to provide financial assistance to housing-related causes in the communities where Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage New England has a presence. Since its inception, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares has donated millions of funds to hundreds of non-profit organizations. Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares is the New England chapter of the Realogy Charitable Foundation.
