GREATER SPRINGFIELD — The Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage offices in Western Massachusetts are pleased to announce that Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage was honored for its outstanding performance during the past year at the 2011 Cartus Broker Network Inter-national Conference, which took place earlier this month in Scottsdale, Ariz.
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England was awarded the Real Estate Services Award, which recognizes brokers who have achieved the highest results for Top Block service, as well as having met or exceeded goals for accurately evaluating the property's value, selling the home in a timely manner and managing selling costs.
In addition, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England was also presented with the PHH Mortgage Most Valuable Partnership Award, which recognizes brokers who have the most successful mortgage relationships, based on size category under the participation channels. Rick Loughlin, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England, and Jim Moran, executive vice president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Relocation Services, accepted the awards.
