Shirley R. Stephens of Springfield recently joined the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission as Housing coordinator. In this position, she will work in the Community Development section of the agency and will be involved in the application intake and outreach process for various PVPC-administered housing rehabilitation programs throughout western and central Massachusetts. Stephens is a licensed Realtor with RR & Company Realty Inc., helping distressed homeowners in Springfield.
