PeoplesBank has announced the promotion of Joseph P. Fimognari to vice president of Institutional Banking. Fimognari had previously served as a Senior Government Banking Executive.
A resident of East Longmeadow, Fimognari has more than 40 years of financial and banking experience. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from American International College. Fimognari is an associate member of the Massachusetts Collectors and Treasurers Association and a member of the Hampshire/Franklin Collector and Treasurers Association.
