HONORING BUSINESSMAN

Reminder Publications photo by Barbara Perry
The late Joseph Dilk, a 25-year member of the Westmass Board of Directors, was honored on June 18 with the rededication of the East Longmeadow Industrial Park in his name.

In 1963, Dilk was one of the founders of the East Longmeadow Chamber of Commerce and was active with the chamber for 40 years, serving twice as its president. He was also selected by the chamber twice as its Distinguished Citizen of the Year.

Seen here in front of the park's new sign are Dilk's daughter Jean Darney, his wife Emily and his son Joseph Dilk III.
