Performance Rehabilitation moves to new state-of-the-art location Performance Rehabilitation has exciting news regarding their new West Springfield facility.
The facility has relocated to 124 Myron St., into a larger, more state of the art outpatient clinic. This new site has been designed for efficient patient care and is conveniently located for easy on and off access from Interstate 91 and Route 5.
Ryan Kalman, MS PT, Donna Durocher, PT, Tina Fortier, PT and staff are looking forward to continuing to provide patients with exemplary services. They offer orthopedic physical therapy, balance/vestibular rehabilitation and Functional Capacity Evaluations for the injured worker.
The mission in all facilities is to serve the communities of Western Massachusetts with quality care and to achieve satisfied patients whose lives and performance have been improved through our services.
