SPRINGFIELD – Salvatore Circosta, owner of Sal's Bakery & Café, 512 Belmont Ave., is set to kick off its open forum event series on Nov. 27 at 7:30 p.m. with State Rep. Angelo Puppolo Jr. |
"We look forward to enjoying an evening with Rep. Puppolo and would greatly appreciate your presence and dialogue, as the Representative will be participating in our first open forum chat, discussing topics that affect all person's living throughout Western Massachusetts," Circosta said.
He announced that the café has been in contact with a variety of representatives who wish to participate in the open forum series, including former Springfield Mayors Charles Ryan and Michael Albano, State Sen. Gale Candaras, representatives from MGM Resorts International, State Rep. Brian Ashe, City Councilor Michael Fenton, and others.
"Our goal is to provide the people of Western Massachusetts with an opportunity to become more involved within their communities," Circosta said. "We look forward to hosting our distinguished guests and participating in an evening of dialog with members of our surrounding communities."
