SHA Chairman helps dedicate center |

Timothy Babcock, chairman of the Board for the Springfield Housing Authority (SHA), addresses attendees at the recent dedication of the Deborah J. Barton Neighborhood Network Center. The Center, located at the John L. Sullivan Apartments, contains several computer workstations and will help residents increase their work related skills and enhance their opportunities for employment. Barton was a 23-year employee of the SHA who recently serviced as the organization's Chief Financial Officer. She passed away on April 4, 2009.
