SPRINGFIELD The Sixteen Acres Branch Library will host a series of workshops designed to help people understand the process of setting up a small business or franchise.
The first and third presentations will be by Raymond Milano of the Small Business Administration (SBA), and the second will be led by Frank Dunne of FranNet, a national organization that helps people set-up and maintain a franchise.
