Small Business Assistance Center and SCORE present Strategic Planning WorkshopAGAWAM The Agawam Small Business Assistance Center and SCORE (a resource partner with the U.S. Small Business Administration) are presenting a free workshop on Planning for Small Business on Oct. 27.
This workshop is of special interest and importance to anyone planning on starting a business and those who have already started out on their own. It will help you analyze your business, and its competitive environment, and focus on the steps necessary to identify your business opportunities, define your goals, and think through the challenges as you strive for success.
The presenter is Dave Wentworth, a SCORE counselor, who has extensive experience in business planning and management.
The workshop titled "The ABC's of Strategic Planning for Small Business" will take place at the Agawam Public Library, 750 Cooper St., from 6 to 8 p.m. There is plenty of free parking and light refreshments will be served.
