Bartolucci’s milestone recognized by International Hearing Society

LIVONIA, MICH. — John Bartolucci BC-HIS/ACA, a licensed hearing aid specialist at Avada Hearing Care Center in West Springfield recently received an all-star award from the International Hearing Society (IHS).
Each year IHS recognizes members celebrating a milestone year of membership in the society through the all-star program. Bartolucci, who has been a licensed hearing aid specialist in Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire and Connecticut for 35 years, is the regional director at Avada Hearing Centers. He received his 35-year all-star award from the society. Several all-stars were in attendance and recognized during the society’s black-tie diamond anniversary gala celebration in Boston last month.
“It was an honor to receive the all-star award from the Society,” Bartolucci said. “I strive to provide the best hearing health care for my patients and being an IHS member helps me do that. I look forward to many more years of membership and to getting more all-star awards.”
Avada Hearing Care was established in 2000 to serve the hearing impaired communities in New England and help improve the quality of life for residents. Since its opening, the practice has grown from eight offices to 30 locations under the leadership of Bartolucci. The main office for the New England Region is located at 459 Riverdale St., West Springfield.
“I love helping people hear better,” Bartolucci said. “The satisfaction that comes with helping a grandparent hear their grandchildren laugh or seeing a patient excel in their career because they can hear better is rewarding and I’m thankful to be in this profession.”
