MALL WALKERS CLUB
Chapin Center and Hampden House of AGE Institute of Massachusetts Inc. sponsors free health presentations on Aug. 5 and 12 at 9 a.m. at Eastfield Mall Food Court. Amy Bishop, Registered Dietician, will present the two-part series. "Understanding Food Labels" will be discussed on Aug. 5 and "Maintaining a Healthy Weight Loss" will be discussed on Aug. 12. Questions and answers will follow each presentation. Join us for this free program that is open to the public. MEMORY WALK
Join the seventeenth annual Alzheimer's Association Pioneer Valley Memory Walk on Sept. 27. The walk begins at Stanley Park in Westfield. Form a team or walk as an individual.
