VEGETARIAN POT LUCK
On May 23 at 5 p.m., Teri Cummings will lead a seminar on "The Power Of Eating Gluten Free" at the Northern Connecticut Vegetarian's Potluck. Anyone interested in improving his or her health is invited. For the potluck, attendees should bring a healthy vegan dish to share with six people and its recipe. Vegan denotes no animal ingredients zero fish or honey or dairy products. Unroasted nuts or fruit/vegetable salads are always welcome. Also, please bring a place setting (cup, dish and utensils).
