|EAST LONGMEADOW A free educational seminar will take place on April 3 at 3 p.m. in the Heartsong Yoga Center, 264 North Main St. This seminar is for those in the "Sandwich Generation" caught between having dependent children and caring for aging parents. Three local experts will address strategies for refocusing energy on oneself through healthy living, celebrating the richness of life through legacy writing, and expressing the legacy through pre-planning to reduce stress.|
The presenters are Gena Rotas, personal wellness coach; Karen Knight, certified legacy facilitator; and JoAnn Skiba, preplanning counselor.
