Student Nonna V. Kudrya is working with Diane Mintz, executive vice president of Spectrum Home Health and Hospice Care. Kudrya is excited about this rotation experience and she has experience in this field. Kudrya noted, "I am excited to try something new and look forwarded to gaining a deeper knowledge of home health care. Perhaps that is a field I will want to pursue."

Laurie Alves, RN, WCC, is the assistant director of nursing at JGS's Julian J. Leavitt Family Jewish Nursing Home. Alves is continuing her own education and is enthusiastic about this program.
"JGS has partnerships with educational programs throughout the area. Through this AIC program, students get to observe nurse leaders on the JGS campus in their day-to-day roles. As an organization that strives for nursing excellence we are committed to sharing our knowledge and providing mentoring opportunities, " she said.
