Vegetarian Potluck to feature Priscilla Feral |

On Sept. 20 at 5 p.m. Northern Connecticut Vegetarian Society Potluck will feature Priscilla Feral, who will demonstrate recipes from her new book "The Best of Vegan Cooking."
Feral is president of Friends of Animals. She will give us some insight into how this group is working to cultivate a respectful view of non-human animals, free-living and domestic.
Anyone desiring to improve their health and the health of the world is invited.
Attendees should bring a healthy vegan dish to share along with a note card listing its ingredients and the attendee's name. Also, attendees should bring their place setting (plate, cup, and utensils).
A donation of $10 per adult is requested. Children are free. The Carniglia Senior Center, 41 Oak St., Windsor Locks, Conn. is the location for this event.
