Chaves will be discussing long distance riding on a vegan diet, and how it not only relates to other cruelty-free practices (such as those strategies outlined on freegan.info), but how these are all encompassing a single practice of both a cruelty-free and fulfilling lifestyle. This will be a discussion style presentation for all willing attendees to contribute to. Bring a healthy vegan dish to share along with a note card listing the ingredients and your name. Also, bring your place setting (plate, cup and utensils). A donation of $5 per adult is requested. Children are free.
